ABOUT SARAH
Sarah started dance at the age of 3 at the Granville School of Dance in London. She studied ballet, tap, and modern dance and went on to teach others in those disciplines. With a passion for how the body works Sarah became a UK-certified Nutritional Therapist and before she moved to the States helped many clients change the food they ate and the environment they lived in to help combat their health issues. When Sarah found Pilates she was excited by the crossovers she found between it and ballet; how it built posture and strength, whilst interlaced with mindful movement. Sarah went on to get her certification through Core Pilates LLC, trained by Master Instructor Tamara.
In 2023, she attended the Kathi Ross Nash workshop, gaining expertise in Variations on the Reformer, Injuries & Applications, Killer Caddy, and Leg Stretches from the Ground Up, allowing her to offer tailored, safe, and dynamic workouts for clients of all levels. Good posture and alignment has been drummed into Sarah from an early age and she loves helping others become aware of theirs, while safely challenging them to build their strength and coordination.
