FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE

    • Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.

    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

    • Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for trainers and classes.

    • Provide information about services, programs, and membership options to clients.

    • Educate clients on proper body mechanics and anatomy as it relates to fitness activities.

    • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

    • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.

    • Collaborate with personal trainers and staff to ensure seamless client experiences.

    • Promote various classes and session types.

  • MUST HAVES:

    • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.

    • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, and fitness principles is highly desirable.

    • Experience in a gym or fitness environment is a plus.

    • Ability to educate clients on fitness-related topics effectively.

    • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

    • Proficient in using office equipment and software applications.

    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

PILATES INSTRUCTOR

  • Responsibilities:

    • Conduct Pilates classes for individuals or small groups, ensuring a safe and effective workout

    • Provide guidance and support to clients, helping them improve their technique and reach their fitness goals

    • Create personalized Pilates programs based on clients' needs and fitness levels

    • Demonstrate proper form and alignment during exercises

    • Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed

    • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment

    • Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor is required

    • Knowledge and experience in other fitness disciplines such as CrossFit, cycle, personal training, dance, or sports coaching is a plus

    • Strong understanding of anatomy and body mechanics

    • Ability to design and modify exercise programs to accommodate different fitness levels and goals

    • Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate clients

    • Experience in fitness sales or customer service is beneficial

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

    • Oversee front desk scheduling and track time-off requests for desk staff.

    • Assist in managing class schedules, instructor appointments, and studio calendars.

    • Provide information on services, memberships, and promotional offerings.

    • Send marketing emails and support promotional campaigns.

    • Educate clients on basic body mechanics and anatomy related to fitness.

    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and studio spaces.

    • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, inventory tracking, and filing.

    • Collaborate with instructors and staff to enhance the overall client experience.

    • Promote various classes and session types through marketing initiatives.
