CORE BURN FOUNDATIONS

  • Core Burn Foundations guides you through a series of Classical and Contemporary Pilates movements guided by your breath. This class is an inviting space to explore Pilates exercises and get comfortable with the Reformer and various props. During this session, you will practice proper form, postural alignment, and movement fluidity to strengthen your core and build your Pilates practice.

  • Core Burn Tone & Sculpt is a playful class designed to challenge your core. The session will guide you through a series of Classical and Contemporary Pilates exercises for a full-body workout. As Core Burn Pilates’ beloved Signature Class, you will leave feeling longer, leaner, and stronger.

CORE BURN INSTRUCTOR CHOICE

  • Core Burn Instructor Choice is our Instructor-choice group session. This class will strengthen your core and improve muscle stability through targeted and isolated exercises. This dynamic class will be a bit different every time and perfect for Pilates practitioners who love to keep things interesting.

  • Core Burn Combo is a dynamic class utilizing multiple Pilates apparatuses. This class will guide you through exercises that engage your full body and hone in on form and postural alignment. This fast-paced session will challenge your mind-body connection and keep you interested from start to finish.

  • Core Burn Intermediate is a full-body workout exploring fluid and dynamic exercises rooted in Classical and Contemporary Pilates foundations. This class challenges your full body with more advanced sequences designed to strengthen your core, build your endurance, and improve your flexibility.

  • Pilates enthusiasts with some existing Pilates experience looking to elevate their practice and push their body further. Must have taken 10+ Core classes

CORE BURN ADVANCED

  • Core Burn Advanced will push your limits as you move through intricate movements in the Pilates repertoire. With a focus on precise movements, proper alignment, and muscular control, this class will enhance your strength, control, and flexibility as we increase the speed and complexity of the exercises. Movements are faster and transitions are seamless forming a deeper connection between your body and mind.

  • Core Burn Tower will guide you through a versatile and dynamic workout focused on postural opening while challenging your core strength and flexibility. Utilizing the Pilates Tower, the class will guide you through a mix of Pilates movements with varying resistance methods that engage your core, lengthen your spine, and sculpt your entire body.

CORE BURN CARDIO JUMPBOARD

  • Core Burn Cardio Jumpboard is an exciting, high-energy workout that combines the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates with the blood-pumping engagement of cardio. The class utilizes a Pilates Jumpboard — a platform Reformer attachment — to guide you through fluid, low-impact jumping and rebound movements. This class will focus on maintaining full body alignment and control in a joint-friendly way to build strength, stamina, and coordination.

  • Pilates enthusiasts looking for a fast-paced class that combines cardio with core strengthening. Note: Must be able to lift the Jumpboard on your own (~15lbs).

SESSIONS

PRIVATE

  • A one-on-one session custom-tailored specifically to your individual fitness goals and needs. Guided by a certified Pilates instructor, this 50-minute session will guide you through a personalized workout with a bespoke focus on your unique body mechanics, strengths, and areas for improvement.

  • Whether you're new to Pilates, recovering from an injury, or looking to enhance your athletic performance, a Private session provides in-depth, bespoke instruction and customized exercises to help you achieve your personal goals. Pre- and Post-natal welcome.

  • Reformer, Tower, and/or Chair & Barrel (Instructor Discretion)

DUET

  • A semi-private Pilates session for two clients. In this personalized setting, both individuals work together under the guidance of a certified Pilates instructor. Each session is tailored to meet the unique fitness levels and goals of both participants, offering a shared yet customized workout experience.

  • Whether you're new to Pilates, recovering from an injury, or looking to enjoy quality time with a workout buddy, a Duet session provides the perfect environment to deepen your mind-body connection with a partner.

  • Reformer, Tower, and/or Chair & Barrel (Instructor Discretion)

TRIO

  • A small group Pilates session designed for three participants. Led by a certified instructor, this session offers a more intimate and personalized workout compared to group classes, while still providing the benefits of shared motivation and group dynamics.

  • Whether you're new to Pilates, recovering from an injury, or looking to enjoy quality time with a workout buddy, a Trio session provides the perfect environment to deepen your mind-body connection with partners.
