ABOUT EMILY
Growing up as a competitive Irish dancer, Emily went on to win both national and international titles over the course of her seventeen-year dance career. As a teenager, she was introduced to Pilates as a form of cross-training and quickly noticed its positive impact on her posture, core strength, and overall performance. After retiring from Irish dancing and working in the corporate world post-college, Emily began her STOTT Pilates instructor training in 2017. By 2019, she earned her full Level 1 certification in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels.
With three years of experience teaching private and group Pilates sessions at an all-women’s health club in Boston, Emily sought to broaden her wellness expertise. Motivated by a desire to offer a more holistic approach, she pursued further education and became a Registered Dietitian (RD) in 2022. Since then, she has worked with individuals struggling with eating disorders, helping them build healthier relationships with food, movement, and their bodies.
By combining her skills as a Pilates instructor and RD, Emily empowers her clients to develop mind-body awareness, adopt a flexible and sustainable approach to movement, and embrace a balanced lifestyle.
