ABOUT CAROLINE
Caroline has valued health and fitness in her life ever since her days as a Rye High School cheerleader and dancer when she decided to take up yoga to help round out her wellness routine and manage her anxiety. In college, she decided she wanted to share this passion with others. Caroline has been an energetic, dedicated fitness instructor for the last seven years teaching private & group workout classes ranging from yoga, mat pilates, HIIT, sculpt, and strength training. She is excited to bring her repertoire to the reformer at CoreBurn Pilates!
Whether your goals are strength, flexibility, mindfulness, self-care, or anything in between, she is guaranteed to lead you in a workout that will leave you feeling better than you did 50 minutes before!
