ABOUT CAROLINE

Caroline found her love for Pilates in 2021 while living in Miami. She discovered Core Burn after moving to New York, initially starting as a client, she quickly fell in love with the practice and decided to embark on her teaching journey to share the transformative benefits of Pilates with others.

Outside of teaching, Caroline works as a product manager in the tech industry. She is deeply passionate about fitness and constantly seeks out new workouts and innovative ways to elevate her wellness routine.
