    Experience a dynamic fusion of reformer Pilates, incorporating elements of either tower or jumpboard Pilates, expertly chosen by our skilled instructors. Through a combination of targeted exercises, you'll lengthen, strengthen, and tone every muscle, leaving you feeling revitalized, aligned, and empowered.

    Geared to those looking to either take their first class or brush up on the foundations of pilates. Our instructors will smoothly work you through the Reformers, encouraging you to adjust to your comfort level while you find proper breath control, pelvic balance, and an elongating workout!

  • Reformer Class

    Utilizing the beginnings of advanced Reformer techniques, this high-energy session is designed to take experienced Pilates students to their next level of fitness. This class is best suited for students who have prior experience in navigating spring changes, swift cardio exercises, and do not have specific injury needs.

    For experienced students, this invigorating session will build upon the foundations of advanced Reformer techniques. In this fast-paced class, get ready to explore more complex variations and transitions, incorporating challenging spring changes and movements that push your limits and enhance your overall strength, flexibility, and control. Prerequisite: Core Intermediate Reformer I

  • Experience a energetic workout that combines the benefits of cardio, joint stabilization, and core strengthening. The jump board, a specially designed attachment placed at the end of the Reformer, adds a whole new dimension to your routine. As you engage in high-energy jumping movements, your heart rate increases, delivering an exhilarating cardiovascular workout and facilitates the body's natural detoxification process.

  • Cardio Jumpboard is a reformer based class that combines using the jump board to create a high intensity cardio field work out! We highly recommend being familiar with the reformer and pilates method before taking this class. Expect to curl, jump, pulse and plank in this class for a full body work out. Skip the treadmill and join us for an effective core strengthening pilates based cardio routine. . *Please note clients should be at least 5 minutes early to this class in order to help set up equipment, and will need a minute after class to put back equipment.

  • Reformer Class

    Tone and sculpt while focusing on postural alignment, strengthening and balancing muscles around the spine, as well as focusing on core muscles. Our instructors will incorporate body-weight movements to develop core strength, flexibility, awareness and breath control, all on the Reformer - a combination of classical and contemporary pilates that target the whole body.

  • Mat / Springboard Class

    Elevate your Pilates practice with our Tower on Mat class, designed to enhance your skills through a blend of contemporary and fundamental exercises. In this session, you'll engage in a variety of movements while sitting, standing, or lying down on a mat, using resistive springs attached to a Tower. These springs provide targeted resistance to help build strength, improve flexibility, and increase muscular endurance.
